A few days back, we had an overnight frost. When I first looked out early in the morning, the frost made the landscape look as though it was viewed through a translucent curtain. In fact, I was initially looking through a translucent curtain but when I moved the curtain aside, it still looked like there was a translucent curtain.

I was walking Lulu later and saw that the sun had been burning off the frost. The frost still remained in the sun’s shadow. It was as if the frost was playing hide and seek with the sun, hiding behind various cars and trees.

The frost lost.
