I’m not a fan of broccoli.
I’ll eat the darn things but only because they’re vegetables and apparently I’m gonna have another heart attack and die if I don’t.
Luckily, Pam found a way to make them less offensive or maybe even edible. This involves stir frying and soy sauce. This is probably more to do with the soy sauce more than the stir frying.
I suspect that I’ll eat wood chips if they’re soaked in soy sauce.
Not brussel sprouts though. They’re just nasty.
