I’ve been working with a charity to keep their web site running. About a month ago, the web page that sends emails stopped working. We hadn’t made any changes lately so I wanted to ask the web site host, let’s call it BA Stards, if they could help.
For a web site host, BA Stards has a pretty labyrinthine web site. I gave up on finding a support page and called their 1 800 number. After punching in a few numbers I settled into their voice jail and listened to a recording about how great a company BA Stards is.
As I relaxed to the soothing chant of their hyperbole, I was able to finally find a page where I could let the BA Stards know about my problem and how to contact me.
Now, I’ll go back into a Zen state while waiting for their reply. Or is it the sound of one hand clapping?
