There’s a song called Adiemus which features female vocalists singing meaningless sounds. It’s a beautiful song once you stop trying to figure out the words.

One time when I was listening to it, I was reminded of the Minions from the “Despicable Me” movies because they also speak meaningless sounds.

At one point in the song, the vocalists shifted into a higher octave and the image was complete. My mind’s eye/ear was filled with hundreds of yellow Minions singing Adiemus.

I haven’t decided if this ruins or improves the song.
