We flew down to Tampa a few days ago. As we were standing outside, it felt strange to be feeling the sun and wind on my skin.

This in turn reminded of some lyrics along the lines of “and feel the wind on my skin again.”

I spent the next couple of days digging up more lyrics and details about the song.

“My oh my, I have suffered too long,
And this cigarette seems to be very strong”

The full line that I struggled to remember was
“I want to get out in the sun and rain
And feel the wind on my skin again”

Anyway, the song was “Stranger in Blue Suede Shoes” from the Whatevershebringswesing” album by Kevin Ayers.
