At home, I have a KVM (Keyboard Video Mouse) switch which allows me to connect 4 computers to just one set of keyboards, monitors, and mice. This is my pride and joy because it allowed me save a lot of desk space and still fiddle with my Windows, Linux, and Mac computers.

I recently added a docking station to the setup. This enables me to add a second monitor to my work laptop and take advantage of better screen resolutions than the laptop usually supports.

I was pretty excited about this. I explained this to Pam and said “I’m not sure which is more sexy: the KVM switch or the docking station.”

Pam gave me a look that said that the switch and the docking station were exactly as sexy as each other.
