Word processors have some special effects for bullet points to help separate items. I’ve found this useful for making sure that a point isn’t lost in the middle of a long winding paragraph. 

For example:

• One important point 
• Another important point 
• Third important point 

I was at a conference recently where there was a  list of services. It was supposed to look like this:

• Something Something Services 
• Something Substance Abuse Services 
• Something Else Services

Unfortunately, it looked like this:

• Something Something Services 
• Something Substance 
• Abuse Services 
• Something Else Services

I was kinda curious about what Abuse Services were supposed to be. It reminds me of Monty Python’s argument sketch
