I got a new shirt recently. When Pam saw it, she said “I’m OK with the design but the color of the shirt is awful.”

It took me a few seconds to get the courage to answer with “I had a choice of colors.”

Before she could comment, I added “I picked this one out of dozens.”

The shirt’s color was labeled as “light aqua” and the picture of the color was a bit lighter and more of a pastel shade than what arrived.

It was supposed to look like this:

However, the shirt that arrived could be described with words like “electric” or “neon”. I kinda like it anyway.

The good news is that Pam didn’t marry me for my fashion sense.
