A coworker of mine, Danny, recently had a work anniversary – 15 years. This prompted some of his teammates to reflect on what they were up to when Danny hired in.

“I was in high school” said one. “I was 8” said another. This was making Danny feel old.

I said “I was 40 if that makes you feel better.”
