Pam wanted to go to the mall tonight. I considered that it would be pretty busy since it’s the last weekend before Christmas. However, I kept my own counsel.

As we pulled into the mall’s parking lot, Pam noticed how busy it was. She said, “Some people might think that going to the mall on the Friday before Christmas was a stupid idea.”

She then looked at me as if she expected me to respond. I said what any husband would say. I said, “Look over there!”
